Presentation

Chloé GOSSART, lawyer at the Paris Bar, and her associate Juliette THEPAUT assist you in all areas of family law, including cases with an international dimension.

Chloé GOSSART

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2012, Chloé GOSSART, founder of the firm, possesses strong expertise in family law and international family law.
Her experience, within the courts then in American and French law firms, has led her to handle numerous family litigation situations, but also to manage cases oriented towards amicable dispute resolution processes.


Chloé GOSSART also holds a university degree in Russian law as well as a diploma in international wealth management (AUREP).
She is thus able to effectively advise French and foreign clients on complex family estate issues, particularly in cases involving divorce, liquidation of assets, succession or estate planning requiring in-depth civil and tax expertise.


Collaboration can be conducted in French as well as in English.
Very involved in everything concerning international family law, Chloé GOSSART is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).


Furthermore, she provides a training cycle dedicated to international family law for Lefèvre Dalloz Formation. She also speaks at conferences and symposia, notably within the framework of the Open Commissions of the Paris Bar, Campus or AIJA, and regularly publishes articles.

Juliette THEBAUT

Juliette THÉPAUT followed a university path oriented towards the international, at the Complutense University of Madrid and Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. She obtained a Master’s degree in French and Spanish law, then completed a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade Law at the University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.


Juliette THÉPAUT completed her university training with numerous internships, in law firms specializing in family and international family law, as well as in a notary office.


She thus developed varied skills by exploring in a concrete way all aspects of family law (divorce, parental authority, estate law). 


After obtaining her Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession, Juliette THÉPAUT joined the ORIGO AVOCAT firm in October 2024, as a jurist then as an associate lawyer.
